Our People
Each member of the Rigid Security team is carefully screened. Each security officer is interviewed by our management team, thoroughly vetted, and must supply five verifiable references.
Our Training
Rigid Security uses the British Colombia Basic Security Training program for training and each new Rigid Security employee completes this basic training program. This program focuses on using force & liability for acts both civil and criminal, report writing, using communication tools, and topics unique to the particular client or contract.
